1. Booking Confirmation

All safari bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. A confirmation email will be sent upon successful processing of the booking.

2. Payment Policy

Full payment is required at the time of booking. We accept payments via credit/debit cards and other approved payment methods.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

All bookings are non-refundable. In case of cancellation, no refunds will be provided.

4. Safari Schedule & Punctuality

Safari timings are fixed and must be strictly followed. Guests must arrive at least 30 minutes prior to the scheduled departure time to complete check-in formalities. Late arrivals may result in forfeiture of the booking.

5. Safety & Conduct Guidelines

• Guests must comply with the instructions provided by the safari guide at all times.
• Seat belts must be fastened while the vehicle is in motion.
•  Feeding, teasing, or disturbing wildlife in any way is strictly prohibited.
• Littering inside the park is not allowed. Guests are encouraged to respect nature and maintain cleanliness.
  
  

6. Assumption of Risk & Liability

Participation in the safari is at the guest’s own risk. The company shall not be responsible for any injuries, loss of property, or damages incurred during the safari due to natural events, personal negligence, or unforeseen circumstances.

7. Itinerary Modifications

The company reserves the right to modify or cancel the safari itinerary due to unforeseen situations such as adverse weather conditions, government regulations, or park authority directives. In such cases, reasonable alternatives will be provided, but no refunds shall be issued.

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where the safari takes place. Any disputes arising shall be subject to local legal provisions.

9. Acceptance of Terms

By confirming a booking, guests acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to abide by these terms and conditions.
